Crafting is a feature in RoBeats, added on March 27, 2018.
Crafting is a system used to create copies of songs already owned and upgrading/crafting gear, helpful for obtaining Hard Songs and improving gear and how well you do on a songs element.
Gear Upgrades[]
Gear Upgrades were added to RoBeats on May 07, 2018. Within this feature, players are able to upgrade stats on a gear of their choice. Accessible through the "Crafting" GUI and click on the "Upgrade Gear".
Upgraded gears will indicate the number of times it's been upgraded at the top right. It will also display the upgrades in the stats.
After 5 upgrades, gears can lose upgrades, but Upgrade Materials can be used to protect and increase upgrade success rate.
Materials[]
There is a diverse list of materials, including Gems, Notes, Blueprints, and more.
Notes and Gems[]
Notes and Gems were introduced along with crafting. They have many uses, such as creating song copies and upgrading gear.
Notes and gems come in a variety of colors:
- Blue for Chill
- Green for Vibe
- Orange for Beat
- Purple for Flow
- Red For Rush
There are also different sizes, however this is exclusive to notes.

Upgrade Materials[]
Upgrade Materials are materials that are utilized in upgrading gear.
Upgrade Boost Boosts the chance of a gear upgrading successfully. Usable after reaching +5 upgrades.
Upgrade Protect Protects the gear over 5 upgrades from downgrading after failing an upgrade. Usable after reaching +5 upgrades.
Upgrade Cleaner Removes an upgrade of player's choice from a gear.
Note that the player can only use up to 5 Upgrade Boosts and 1 Upgrade Protect on each upgrade.

Tokens are valuable materials used to craft Legendary gear.

- Purchasing NoteBot spins. (65% Small, 20% Medium, 13% Large, 2% Gem 1% Token).
- Selling hard copies. (80% of the Required Materials/ 4x Song's Recipe).
- Trading and through lists via the Marketplace.
- Weekly Missions. (Token/Gem Only).
- Event Weekly Missions (Fever Icons Only).
- Placing a position in a song at the Weekly Leaderboard (Varies).
- Challenge Pass (Varies).
- Reward Roulette.

Gear Upgrades[]
Gear Upgrades are methods of gear improvement. Their purpose is to increase a gear piece's power and improve a player's performance in scores, multiplayer matches, and Leaderboards. Applying these upgrades require notes or gems.
Each available upgrade type has 2 tiers, symbolized with plus signs (+)
- (+) Notes, slightly effective
- (++) Gem, very effective
Standard Upgrades[]
Upgrades fever, point, time, and combo stats. Some elemental points are included in these upgrades as well, although are way less effective.
Elemental Upgrades[]
Upgrades only 1 of 5 Elemental Power.
Retired Upgrades[]
Retired Upgrades are upgrade types that were once available ingame, but were removed at later dates.

Gear Crafting[]
Under the crafting section you can craft legendary gears with materials.
The following require tokens.
- Musketeer Set (requires Gold Token, aka combo gear)
- Marshall Set (requires Silver Token, aka fever gear)
- Rebel Set (requires Brass Token, aka accuracy gear)
Currently there are 5 elemental gears. Rare blueprints can be bought from the Gear Store (costing 15 stars per blueprint) and achieving rank 201-400 on leaderboards, while Legendary blueprints can only be obtained through top 200 on leaderboards.
